APPELATION: Fiumana di Predappio
VARIETY/BLEND: 100% Sangiovese
SOILS: Calcareous yellow clay soils.
ALTITUDE: 250-300m a.s.l.
FERMENTATION: The different clones are harvested separately and then blended during the fermentation, which takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. Skin maceration lasts 18 days followed by the malo-lactic fermentation.
AGEING: 6 months in stainless steel tanks and minimum 8 months in bottle

With Sangiovese grapes grown on the sandy slopes of the Rabbi’s valley, we have produced a wine, quick, stinging and easy-going as wines used to be. A tribute to the tradition of our territory.
